In 2001 he was interviewed by HostingTech to discuss the status of the hosting industry, and again in 2002 as an expert in data security and disaster recovery. He has provided presales support and application development for IT security and standards compliance, at Green Media Inc. Prior to Green Media, Rajan Patel was with Money.net working on expanding B2B and increasing B2C relationships for the company. In 2003 he was doing log and algorithms analysis for Inetsoft Inc., a data reporting company. Rajan Patel earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Computer Science with an Economics minor from Rutgers College at Rutgers, The State University of New Jersey.

Neal Patel was involved in business planning phases between 1998 and 1999, as well as the principal financier of the venture. He has been serving as President and CFO since the company's inception. Neal Patel is also co-founder of Reliant Business Brokers, a business sale and acquisition company. He declined to work for Merrill Lynch in 2003, and juggled everything from application development to web design for ResponsiveWeb full time. Neal Patel earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science with an Economics minor from Rutgers College at Rutgers, The State University of New Jersey.
